I ordered a dog toy from getyourwaggleon.com, it looked really cute when it showed up. The colors were bright, and my dog was immediately into it, so first impressions were good.

The quality is okay, but after a few days of regular chewing, I noticed some of the stitching starting to come loose. It wasn’t completely falling apart or anything, and maybe my dog was just a little too enthusiastic with it, but I did think it would hold up a bit longer.

For the price, it’s not a terrible buy, and it might be totally fine for a dog that isn’t a heavy chewer. I’m just not sure I’d get this exact one again, though I still liked the look of it overall.

I reached out to customer service and had a hard time getting a clear answer. The replies were slow, and it felt like they made it my problem instead of actually helping me sort it out. I ended up more frustrated than when I started...

I ordered what was supposed to be a bright teal bandana, but when it arrived it looked more like a dull green. The photos on the site really didn’t match what I got at all. It was frustrating because it felt like they made it my problem to deal with, even though the listing was misleading. Disappointed and I don’t think I’ll order from them again...

At first I thought this was really cute, and my dog seemed to like it too, so I was happy with it. But after just a few weeks, the stitching started coming loose and it began falling apart with totally normal use. For what it costs, I expected it to hold up a lot longer. I also don’t have much faith that customer service would do anything helpful about it, so I’m probably just cutting my losses. Disappointing overall

the menu kept glitching on me. i messed with it for a bit, but gave up fast.

He kept scratching nonstop and couldn’t settle down at all. i’m really annoyed because this clearly didn’t help and just made things worse for him. I don’t know what they put in this, but I blame this product for how uncomfortable he was.

I only got to use this leash twice before it snapped on our second walk. My dog isn’t even that big, so I really wasn’t expecting it to be an issue. It’s frustrating because a leash is such a basic thing, it should just hold up and do its job. Definitely disappointed and I wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting it again.

I’m still waiting on this order after about two weeks, and at this point I’m sure it’s just not showing up. Maybe there’s some delay I missed, but I haven’t received anything yet

My order did arrive, so I’ll give them that, but the packaging wasn’t great. The box was crushed, and the items inside looked like they’d just been tossed in with barely any protection. Thankfully nothing was completely damaged, but for the price, I really expected a bit more care. I’m not trying to be difficult, but I’m not sure I’d order again.

I was hoping to find a good range of dog stuff, and while the site itself was easy enough to look through, the selection felt limited. A lot of the items I expected to see just weren’t there, and what they did have was mostly basic. I ended up leaving without buying anything, which was a little disappointing.

I guess the service itself might have been okay, but the communication was really lacking. I had to follow up more than I expected, and even then the responses weren’t very clear. Maybe they were just busy, but it definitely made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

I was really careful typing in the name and details , but they still came out wrong . Honestly , I was disappointed with the whole thing .

The pet safety side of it made me really nervous. I didn’t feel comfortable trusting it, and for me that’s a big deal. I probably wouldn’t use it again because it just didn’t feel "safe" enough for my pet.

The promo seemed interesting at first, but uh, the details weren’t really clear to me. I had to look around a bit to understand what was actually included, and even then I wasn’t totally sure...

The collar slipped off twice, and the harness seemed to loosen up quickly while using it. For me, that just doesn’t feel safe enough to trust on walks. I can see other customers being nervous about it too, especially if their dog pulls or gets excited outside.

I don’t know... the site just feels really dated to me. The colors are kind of all over the place, it makes the text harder to read than it should be.

I ordered it thinking it would show up in a normal amount of time, but wow, the shipping was seriously slow. The tracking barely changed the whole time, so I kept having to check it myself and wonder what was going on. By the time it finally got here, I didn’t even really need it anymore. The product might be fine, but the shipping experience was not great

I’m disappointed with this. It was supposed to hold up after washing, but after the very first wash it shrank badly and doesn’t fit right anymore. Feels like another broken promise from the product description.
